Idris Elba Showed Off His Muscles in a Sexy Selfie, and We're Trying Not to Pass Out

We hope you're sitting down, because Idris Elba just shared a sexy shirtless selfie that's about to rock your world. On Tuesday, the actor lived up to his new title of People's Sexiest Man Alive when he gave us a glimpse of his bulging biceps on Instagram writing, "Sh*t . . . when you make a movie with @therock . . . you gotta put some skin in the game . . . Granted I have to work out a little more but . . . Ugggghhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! (That's my game face sound)." Looks like his hard work has been paying off, because whew, we're suddenly getting lightheaded.

Idris and Dwayne Johnson (who was Sexiest Man Alive in 2016) are currently filming the Fast and Furious spin-off, Hobbs and Shaw. While The Rock will be reprising his role as Luke Hobbs, Idris on the other hand will be playing the film's big bad guy. Here's hoping the sexy actors will give us even more glimpses of their time on set and, uh, their trips to the gym.
