Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson have a big year ahead of them. The PDA-loving couple, who began dating in September 2016 after being set up on a blind date, are expecting their first child together sometime this Spring, and just celebrated their daughter's imminent arrival with a dreamy baby shower. Despite all the excitement surrounding their baby, Khloé made sure to give her 27-year-old boyfriend an incredibly sweet birthday shout out via Instagram on Tuesday.
"To the happiest of birthdays my love! How special is this thing called life that we share together?!" the 33-year-old captioned the photo of her and Tristan kissing.
