Even though Michael previously said he was "technically single," he later clarified his comments saying he's dating, and according to BET, he's currently romancing a woman named Ashlyn Castro.

When asked about her relationship status in Vogue's January issue, Lupita responded, "You can ask, but you definitely won't get an answer.
