Adam Brody and Leighton Meester Have a Date Night at the "Shazam! Fury of the Gods" Premiere
Adam Brody and Leighton Meester enjoyed a red carpet date night at the LA premiere of "Shazam! Fury of the Gods" on Tuesday. The couple — who recently celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary — appeared to be in good spirits as they laughed and posed for photos together. Meester, 36, radiated in a glamorous copper gown, while Brody, 43, looked dapper in a blue suit.
Brody and Meester tied the knot after one year together in February 2014. They have two kids, 7-year-old daughter Arlo and a son who was born in 2020. The pair have yet to reveal his name.
During a recent appearance on SiriusXM Radio's "The Jess Cagle Show," Brody reflected on his and Meester's early days as a couple. "I was never scared of the idea of marriage or kids," Brody said (via E! News). "It always seemed like a route I would go eventually, and I was excited . . . when it came together, when I met the right person."
Of him and Meester getting married after one year together, Brody said, "My wife and I actually got married very fast after we started dating. That's how sort of easy a decision it was for me and us."
Brody stars as Shazam family member Freddy alongside Zachary Levi, Jack Dylan Grazer, Faithe Herman, Meagan Good, and more in "Shazam! Fury of the Gods," which hits theatres on March 17.
