Cardi B's Vogue Interview Went From PG to NSFW Real Quick, and We Loved Every Minute of It
It's Cardi B's world and we're all just living in it. We're not sure what took so long, but the hilarious Grammy-winning artist recently blessed the internet with a candid interview for Vogue's 73 Questions segment, and we learned so many things about one of New York's finest. Cardi was unapologetically herself at her grandmother's Bronx apartment, and it was a different vibe than we're used to seeing in these videos — like Margot Robbie's LA home and Kim Kardashian's modern mansion.
The interview kicked off with Cardi rocking her adorable 1-year-old daughter Kulture to sleep and speaking about the joys of motherhood. From there, she immediately transitioned into obsessing over Lady Gaga. We already knew that Cardi was a longtime Gaga fan, thanks to that now-viral "Bad Romance" high school performance, but the rapper said Gaga was also one of the celebrities she was the most nervous to meet. "We love you in the hood, Lady Gaga," she said.
And then things got a little raunchy — I mean, it is Cardi we're talking about, okurrr? The 27-year-old rapper FaceTimed her husband Offset, and they gushed over each other with both romantic and NSFW compliments.
