Halle Bailey is contributing to "Barbie" fever in her own way — by sharing a cover of one of the soundtrack's most emotional songs. Bailey covered Billie Eilish's track "What Was I Made For?" on 25 July, sharing a clip of herself singing it on TikTok, and the result is stunning.

Eilish released "What Was I Made For" on 6 July and later shared a moving music video that showed her hanging up miniature versions of some of her most memorable red carpet outfits over the years. "WE MADE THIS SONG FOR BARBIE AND IT MEANS THE ABSOLUTE WORRRRLLLD TO ME. THIS MOVIE IS GONNA CHANGE UR LIVES AND HOPEFULLY THE SONG WILL TOO. GET READY TO SOB," Eilish wrote when she shared the tune with the world.

Bailey, who received widespread acclaim for starring in Disney's live-action "The Little Mermaid" remake in May, has released a fair amount of her own original music and has also lent her vocal talents to a variety of other covers, which she's shared on TikTok.
