As Hill's career was starting to take off, the actor began dating Jordan Klein in 2008, as reported by Us Weekly. According to the outlet, the couple met in high school and took their relationship to the next level years later.

A source told Us Weekly at the time of their split, "Jordan always seemed really happy and in love. I never heard a single complaint about their relationship." As for the reason for the breakup, the insider added, "It was probably travelling. She would always go where he was. Now that she has a stable job, she can't just pick up and leave."

Hill started dating Ali Hoffman, daughter of veteran actor Dustin Hoffman, in January 2012. According to Us Weekly, the pair got to know one another through a mutual connection, as Hill was friends with Ali's brother Jake Hoffman. The couple's relationship lasted nine months, with the two calling it quits in September 2012.

Hill's next long-term relationship was with Gianna Santos, whom he started dating in 2018. Throughout their relationship, the two were very private and hardly ever photographed together. In October 2019, Hill and Santos got engaged, but they broke up about a year later, as reported by People.

Hill is currently dating Sarah Brady. She's a community engagement leader for Changing Tides Foundation, according to The Sun. While it's unclear exactly when they started dating, the couple made their Instagram debut in September 2021 after Hill posted a loving picture praising his new girlfriend.
