Lana Condor Was So Starstruck by Michelle Obama, She Accidentally Dissed Barack

Ahead of the Feb. 12 release of To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You, Lana Condor stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to chat about all the excitement that's happened in her life since starring in the first TATB film. Although she and costar Noah Centineo have become two of Netflix's biggest stars, Lana's badge of honour likely has more to do with getting to meet the one and only Michelle Obama.

The 22-year-old actress recalled uniting with the former First Lady in Vietnam where they spoke to young girls about the importance of education. Naturally, she was completely starstruck, so much so that when she met Barack moments later, she made a slightly awkward declaration. "I was like, 'But why did I say that?'" she cringed after revealing what she told the 44th president.
