Megan Fox's girlfriend request on Instagram may have hit a snag. On Friday, the "Jennifer's Body" actor shared a carousel of selfies to her grid alongside the caption, "Currently seeking a girlfriend. Please submit applications in the DMs." Her fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly, was quick to weigh in on her post.

"I don't think you have the filing capacity for this request," the musician responded. While Kelly may be sceptical about Fox's call for girlfriend submissions, there were plenty of famous faces lining up in the comments to fulfil her request. "The Bachelorette" alum Kaitlyn Bristowe responded, "sent," and social media star Tef shot her shot with, "megan i'm literally right here. cancer sun leo moon virgo rising cancer venus we can do this." Additionally, actor Anna Akana wrote, "MEGAN YOU CANT GIVE US HOPE LIKE THIS."

Fox and Kelly officially got engaged in January 2022 after two years of dating. The couple announced their engagement on Instagram with a video featuring the rock star proposing under a tree with special meaning to the couple.

"In July of 2020 we sat under this banyan tree. We asked for magic," Fox captioned the post. "We were oblivious to the pain we would face together in such a short, frenetic period of time . . . Somehow a year and a half later, having walked through hell together, and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him." The couple have been busy wedding planning ever since.

As for Fox's cheeky post, the actor has long been open about being bisexual. In 2009, she told Esquire, "I think people are born bisexual and they make subconscious choices based on the pressures of society. I have no question in my mind about being bisexual."

More recently, in 2021, she showed off her rainbow manicure on Instagram as a reminder to fans that she's proud to be part of the LGBTQ+ community. "Putting the B in #LGBTQIA for over two decades 🌈🌈," she wrote.
