Roses

In 2008, before she made it big with her first album, Gaga got a swirl of roses on her lower back, created by celebrity tattoo artist Kat Von D. The reason she got the tattoo? It was actually so she could blend it into her treble clef tattoo, having regretted getting the music note. When Kat asked her what her family thought about her tattoos, Gaga explained, "When I got the first one they had a heart attack. Then I had a heart attack because I felt bad for not telling them I was going to do it. We're really close."
