A rarely-seen tattoo is the cherub on the back of Gaga's neck, which she got done in front of thousands of fans during her Fame fragrance launch at the Guggenheim Museum in 2012. The tattoo artist Mark Mahoney explained that the Renaissance-era angel was chosen as "a nod to her Italian heritage."
