Willa Fitzgerald's boyfriend, Gabe Kennedy, co-owns a hemp and herbal company and has her favourite CBD oil to help her sleep. She advocates for it helping to relieve her stress along with daily mediation. Willa explained to Wonderland that her morning and night routines require a lot of care because of her busy work schedule: "Between the weird hours and stress, I rely completely on meditation, three milligrams of melatonin, and a hefty dose of CBD."
