Tom Daley and his husband, Dustin Lance Black, welcomed their second child into the world on 28 March 2023, naming him Phoenix Rose Black-Daley. Just hours after the baby announcement was printed in The Times newspaper, the Olympic diver posted a photo on his Instagram showing him with his screen writer husband and introducing their new addition to their 4 year old son, Robbie.
