Stacey Solomon welcomed her fifth child (her third with her husband, Joe Swash) in February 2023 and regularly shares detailed insights into her life as a busy mother, the bond between her children, and how grateful she is for her blended family. The star is also sure to give much-needed advice to other mothers struggling. In March 2022, Solomon shared a comforting message on Instagram to mothers who "feel like they're failing", writing on Instagram: "Right now, it feels hard, but each day you still show up, even through exhaustion. You pour your love into your children, even though your cup feels empty. You do the best you can, even when you think you can't. And that dear mama is not failing. You are amazing."
She added a little reminder to other parents on 14 March, too. With her newborn Bellw in tow, she wrote on Instagram: "Just a little reminder that you're doing amazing, even when you feel like you're not. You're so incredible don't forget to tell yourself that sometimes."
