Meghan Markle, who is mother to Archie, 3, and one-year-old Lilibet, candidly detailed her motherhood journey on her Archetypes podcast, stating: "It is so much work to be a mum when you are just trying to be a conscious parent to raise good, kind human beings … to do that solo is the most impressive, admirable thing on the planet. But she admitted that the hardships were all too real, adding: "The pressures imposed [on] being a mum, a good mum or a good wife, the ideals we try to live up to and the expectations we self-impose … they're pretty trapping!"
