A congratulations are in order! TV favourite Scarlett Moffatt has welcomed her a gorgeous baby boy with boyfriend Scott Dobinson. The former "Gogglebox" star, 32, took to Instagram on 29 June share the happy news and revealed his adorable name. Posting photos of her in hospital, cuddling her newborn, she wrote, "Jude Xavier Dobinson 💙 My darling boy I can't stop crying looking at you as I can't quite believe you're mine. You wanted to meet us early at just 35 weeks. Me & your daddy love you so much that I can't even put this feeling into words. Our heart and soul feels complete & ready to burst. I will forever and always be grateful to be your mammy." She added thanks to the midwives and the NHS at Durham hospital for looking after them, before concluding: "Let the baby bubble commence".
Fans and celebrity friends alike rallied around the couple to send their congratulations in the comments section and wishing the couple well as they start life as a family of three. The new baby shares the same name as "Made In Chelsea" star Tiffany Watson, who gave birth earlier this month, and also named her son Jude.
Moffatt and Dobinson, a police officer, have been together for four years, first going public with their relationship in March 2019. The couple announced that they were expecting their first child back in February, sharing a video of a photo from a baby scan with their pet chihuahua sitting next to it, wearing a bib that read: "I'm going to be a big sister." In the pregnancy announcement, the presenter said: "It truly feels like a dream writing this caption. Me & Scott are on cloud nine & we are so happy that we get to share this moment with you all." The pair later announced that they would be welcoming a baby boy in March, with a clever gender reveal video which saw a black-and-white image bursting into colour.
