Bachelor Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s Tattoos

If You’ve Seen Les Misérables, You’ll Instantly Get Bachelor Arie’s Tattoo

When Arie Luyendyk Jr. appeared on Emily Maynard's season of The Bachelorette, he had two tattoos. Now as the leading man on season 22 of The Bachelor, he has three. We know — the scandal!

If you follow the race car driver on Instagram, then you've seen plenty of pictures of the wing on his inner arm. The bold ink is reportedly used to cover up his ex-girlfriend's name. Unfortunately, Luyendyk Jr. has been depriving us of some much needed shirtless Bachelor time — which is basically a cardinal sin, but whatever — however, he apparently also has a tattoo on his ribcage.

His third tattoo isn't exactly new, since he's had it for a couple years now. But the meaning behind it is pretty cool! Luyendyk Jr. saw the play Les Misérables while he was in London and just connected with the character Jean Valjean, he explained during an interview with E!. If you've seen the incredible play or movie, then you know that Valijean's prison code was "24601," which is what Luyendyk Jr. got tattooed on the outside of his wrist.

We've gotten glimpses of his latest ink (don't you love it when men role their dress shirt sleeves up?), but we think it's time that we see more of that ribcage.
