Carrie Underwood Lets the Tears Pour Down in Her Emotional "Cry Pretty" Music Video

If you thought Carrie Underwood's ACMs performance last month was emotional, just wait until you see her latest music video. In the video for her single "Cry Pretty," the American Idol alum isn't afraid to let the tears pour down as she sings her heart out. Contrary to the song's title, she still manages to look glamorous even with mascara running down her face.

The music video comes almost six months after her "freak accident" when she fell down a flight of stairs outside her home. Not only did the incident cause her to undergo surgery for a broken wrist, but it also required her to get between 40 and 50 stitches in her face. Since her scary accident, Underwood has slowly been stepping back into the spotlight and is expected to release her new album, Cry Pretty, on Sept. 14. Watch her emotional video above.
