"Thank U, Next" Behind-the-Scenes Videos

Ariana Grande Just Revealed This Epic Legally Blonde Scene Was Cut From "Thank U, Next"

It's pretty much widespread knowledge at this point that Ariana Grande's "Thank U, Next" music video broke the internet — or at least YouTube. The iconic video, full of hidden references and celebrity cameos, smashed streaming records and left fans in awe. Grande, the benevolent musical queen that she is, knew listeners would crave more after the video's release, so on Dec. 2 she dropped a behind-the-scenes look at the making of her first No. 1 single.

This nearly ten-minute video is just part one of three that the 25-year-old singer promises will come soon. In part one, she gavefans a peek at the process behind recreating two early 2000s movies: Legally Blonde and Bring It On. This includes a monumental Elle Woods scene previously cut from the original music video! Grande revealed these are films that "shaped and molded the strong and intelligent, but still playful and girly" women today. Watch the video in full above, and try not to sob when Jennifer Coolidge showers Grande with love and praise.
