Bachelor Nation Is Crushing on Becca's Ex-Boyfriend So Hard
When we heard that one of the final three girls fighting for Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s heart was going to get a surprise appearance from an ex-boyfriend, we couldn't wait to see it all play out. Honestly, we were given hardly any clues, and it could have been pretty much any of them. But alas, it was Becca Kufrin who would got the unwanted visit in the episode right before the season finale of The Bachelor.
Meet Ross Jirgl. He dressed in a spiffy suit, brought a bouquet of flowers, and tried to win Becca back, saying he even wanted to propose to her. Spoiler alert: it didn't work. After all, Becca was hot off a date with Arie where they said that they loved each other. Although we hate to say it, Ross is pretty hot. Who is he? Find out for yourself.
Ross is from Wisconsin, but he's a sport performance coach at Stanford University, so he stays repping his home state while on the West Coast. Becca is from Minnesota, so we're curious how the two met! The two dated for years and have quite a history. But anyway, Ross does his fair share of traveling. From Alabama to Ontario to Australia, this guy always seems to be on the move, but still finds time for some fishing with his dad and brother (yes, brother — wink, wink).
Our favorite thing that we learned about Ross, however, is that he went to a filming for the game show Let's Make a Deal with Wayne Brady . . . and dressed up as Netflix and chill? We don't hate it.
Look, we don't love how Ross just crashed Becca's life in the middle of Peru, but we kind of love the effort when some guys don't even send a text back, much less fly to another continent. All we're saying is that the next season of Bachelor in Paradise is just around the corner . . .
