Ben Platt Sang "Run Away" on The Late Late Show, and Now I Want Him to Sing to Me Forever
Ben Platt is never one to not show off his vocal chops — or make me weep in the process. The actor and star of The Politician made an appearance on The Late Late Show With James Corden on Monday night during which he briefly spoke with host James Corden about his new Netflix series before taking the stage to perform "Run Away," a song from his new album, Sing to Me Instead.
The song is a beautiful piano ballad that's reportedly a tribute to the 25-year-old's parents and the example that they set for him in terms of how he views romantic relationships. Sweet, right? Catch Platt's full performance in the video above.
