Ingrid Andress was definitely one of the most emotional performances at the CMA Awards on Wednesday. During the show, the 29-year-old gave a beautiful rendition of her hit song "More Hearts Than Mine." The track details taking your partner home for the first time and the fear of opening your family up to potential heartbreak as a result. "If we break up, I'll be fine," she sings. "But you'll be breaking more hearts than mine." Not only are the lyrics super moving, but we can't get enough of Andress's beautiful voice. The performance was so emotional, even she couldn't help but get a little choked up at the end.
The show also featured performances from Maren Morris, Kelsea Ballerini, Justin Bieber, and Dan + Shay. A handful of other musicians were set to perform, including Florida Georgia Line and Rascal Flatts, but had to drop out last-minute after various members tested positive for COVID-19. Though attendees sat at socially-distanced tables during the event, many of them didn't wear masks during the ceremony.
