Lousiana: The Sookie Stackhouse Novels by Charlaine Harris
True Blood without Bon Temps (sadly, not a real town) just wouldn't make any sense. The Louisiana culture, from the food to the weather, is so deeply seeped into the series, it's hard to imagine the vampires taking over any other town.
