The lovesick beauty has had a whirlwind of experiences at Litchfield. After getting married to her pen pal, Vince, and consequently getting pregnant by him, Morello is focussed on trying to raise her baby. Sticking close to Nicky in max, Morello gets caught up in the gang war between C- and D-block. On the day of the big fight on the kickball field, Morello and Nicky hide in the broom closet, with Nicky ultimately taking her place. Unfortunately, the stress from the situation seemingly causes Morello to go into early delivery at only seven months along. She is last seen being helped into the doctor's office.
