This Way Up is a clever comedy about Aine, an English-foreign-language teacher recovering from a nervous breakdown. Written by and starring comedian Aisling Bea, the series explores topics such as mental health, loneliness, and family relationships as Aine attempts to start her life over. The bond between Aine and her sister Shona (played by Sharon Horgan) is reminiscent of that of Clare and Fleabag, and its focus on sibling relationships is what will keep you coming back for more.
