Prior to his tragic passing, rapper Mac Miller had been working with Jon Brion (composer of the Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind soundtrack) on Circles, which was to be a companion album to Swimming. On his Instagram page, his family announced that the album would be released posthumously.
