A Deadly Inside Scoop is a quirky, fun thriller about Bronwyn "Win," a girl that has just taken over her family's ice cream shop. On her opening day, she finds a body in the snow and finds that the victim is somehow connected to her family and the shop. Win and her best friend Maisie try and get to the bottom of this mystery, for the sake of her family name. These characters are fun, lovable and you'll root for them right from the beginning. Author Abby Collette reminds us that not all mystery novels have to be dark and dull.
