Review: Why You Should Watch Netflix's Shadow and Bone
Shadow and Bone Is Like All of Your Favourite Fantasy Shows but Way Better

We all know that the Harry Potter world is just as intriguing as it is complicated, especially if you haven't read the books, and the same goes for Netflix's Shadow and Bone. After all, the series is based on both Bardugo's Shadow and Bone trilogy, as well as the Six of Crows duology, so there's a lot going on there. As someone who hasn't read the Grishaverse books before, it admittingly did take me a hot second to get into the series. Let's just say, you might want to watch the first two or three episodes with no distractions. That being said, once I did immerse myself into the world, I was hooked. After binge-watching the series, I was even inspired to pick up a copy of the first novel. Just like the Harry Potter movies brought in new book fans, it seems likely that Shadow and Bone will do the same.
