"Full Exposure" by Thien-Kim Lam

Set against the backdrop of Mardi Gras, "Full Exposure" by Thien-Kim Lam is an atmospheric, super hot, and delightful read. Josie Parks is a boudoir photographer who never takes holidays. But when she loses her inspiration to take photos, she heads to the Big Easy for a little rest and rejuvenation. It's here that she quite literally collides with Spencer Pham, a man who is working on a documentary about his family's role as the first Vietnamese Mardi Gras krewe. The two artists quickly strike up a romance, but they can't help but wonder if they'll still make sense once Mardi Gras comes to an end.
