Written and directed by the Wachowskis, the filmmakers known for "The Matrix," "Jupiter Ascending" is a grand space opera about an ordinary woman, Jupiter Jones (Mila Kunis), who finds out she's a galactic royal destined to alter the balance of the cosmos. In a rare sci-fi appearance, Channing Tatum plays Caine Wise, a genetically engineered military hunter sent to Earth to track Jupiter down. With a cast that also includes Eddie Redmayne, Sean Bean, and Gugu Mbatha-Raw, combined with the striking visuals the Wachowskis are known for, viewers are treated to an epic adventure in a galaxy far away.
