"The King" is a moody, dark historical drama about a young Henry V, aka "Hal," who must deal with betrayal and war upon becoming the king of England in the 15th century. Chalamet stars as Henry V, who goes from a prince who spends his days drinking to a headstrong king bearing the weight of the crown. Alongside Chalamet is Robert Pattinson as the Dauphin of France, Henry's main challenger, and Lily-Rose Depp as Princess Catherine of Valois, Henry's new wife who ends up being his most important informant.
