In "White Collar," Neal Caffrey (Matt Bomer) is a skilled con artist and thief who has been dodging the FBI for years. One day, Special Agent Peter Burke, the head of the FBI's White Collar Crimes Unit, finally catches up to Neal and offers him a deal. If Neal agrees to use his skills to help the FBI catch other white-collar criminals, he'll be released from prison early. Of course, Neal agrees, and he and Peter strike an unlikely partnership. Similar to "Suits," "White Collar" takes viewers into the legal world of New York City.
