Anya Taylor-Joy Brightens Up the Red Carpet in a Blue Leather Bodice and 5-inch Heels

She's the star of "The Menu" and Anya Taylor-Joy certainly served up a delicious look at the premiere for her new film on 9 Nov. The actress stepped onto the red carpet wearing a striking cobalt blue strapless dress made completely of leather. The strapless number, from Alexander McQueen's spring/summer 23 collection, featured a corseted bodice and an asymmetric frill hemmed skirt.

The 26-year-old, who also starred in Netflix's "The Queen's Gambit", added long matching blue leather opera gloves with a diamond-encrusted bangle from Jaeger Le-Coulre, and a pair of black patent Christian Louboutin stilettos that elongated her legs. Her long blonde hair was styled with soft waves, parted to the side, and swept over one shoulder to mirror the asymmetric dress. Makeup artist George Eisdell brought the drama with a dramatic grey smokey eye and soft pink lips.

Taylor-Joy's boyfriend, musician Malcom Rae, might not have been spotted at the premiere, but she was joined by costar Nicholas Hoult who also brought texture to the red carpet. Wearing a velvet magenta Tom Ford jacket with a hot pink shirt and tie, the 32-year-old channelled Taylor-Joy's colourful ensemble. Read ahead to see every angle of their show-stopping looks.
