Cardi B has been showing off a wide range of looks in the past few weeks, leading up to her 30th birthday on 11 Oct. The rapper posed with husband Offset on Monday, 26 Sept., wearing an extremely low-cut backless dress. The design plunged to reveal the rapper's full bum tattoo and featured simple spaghetti straps with one horizontal strap running right above the waistline for support. The fabric, which appears to be a stretch nylon, was lined with thick piping and gave off a subtle sheen in the pictures.
Cardi completed her look with sparkling diamonds, including a chunky ring, stud earrings, and necklace. She opted for a sweeping cat-eye, bright, cherry-red lip, and long, loose cascading curls. Finally, she drew attention to her manicure by placing her hands on Offset's chest, so fans could catch a better view of her dramatic white french tip.
Meanwhile, Offset kept it casual in a textured cardigan, black tee, and maroon-coloured jeans. He, too, wore round diamond earrings and layered chain-link pendant necklaces with bold Balenciaga logo sunglasses.
The striking moment follows Cardi's recent hair colour switch-up, which she debuted at her court hearing on 15 Sept. The singer's "red clay" auburn locks were highlighted against the white dress she wore with oversize diamond hoop earrings to Queens Supreme Court, where she pleaded guilty to two misdemeanours for a fight that took place in Angel's Strip Club in New York in 2018.
