Jennifer Lopez prerecorded her performance for the Global Citizen Vax Live concert, which premieres Saturday, 8 May, and calls on world leaders to reunite and make sure COVID-19 vaccines are accessible for all. The event, hosted by Selena Gomez, took place at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA, and J Lo's stylists, Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn, made sure she was fully prepared with designer outfits to boot for every single moment.
Beginning the evening channelling '70s glamour in a plunging Elie Saab jumpsuit, J Lo later took the stage in a feathered Zuhair Murad Couture look, dripping in beaded tassels and decorated in rose-coloured feathers. Both outfits were complete with Vrai jewels. But the sex appeal was certainly turned up a notch when Lopez slipped into Fausto Puglisi's custom design for Roberto Cavalli — a yellow cutout minidress with bejewelled leopard heads to match her 40 backup dancers, who were also dressed in rainbow-coloured spandex from the fashion house. J Lo's neon colourblock bodysuit worn with fishnet tights and her black, knee-high boots rounded out the evening that promises to be memorable and empowering.
