Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens Celebrate Their Wedding Weekend in Matching Swimsuits
Off the heels of their dreamy wedding in Mexico earlier this month, Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens still appear to be in newlywed bliss. On May 20, the decorated gymnast shared a romantic scene from their life as a married couple, in which the two stared lovingly at one another in matching swimwear from Fendi. "married girl summer," she captioned the sweet photo.
Biles wore a sleek, open-back one-piece suit with the conspicuous double "F" logo stamped all over, accessorising with a woven bucket hat with the same design, a gold chain necklace and bracelet set, and her oval-cut engagement ring. Owens, on other hand, dressed in swim trunks of the same variety as his wife's suit, along with a silver chain around his neck and wrist, sunglasses, and a baseball cap with "Mr. Owens" written in script. While the newlyweds have coordinated plenty in the past — for Valentine's Day dates and Halloween parties alike — their recent looks took matching to new heights.
After initially getting married at a courthouse in Houston, Biles and Owens headed to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, for their destination wedding. On her big day, she wore four different dresses from Galia Lahav, including a corseted ballgown with floral embroidery down the bodice and lining the straps.
