Ab day doesn't have to be all about crunches, and in fact, it shouldn't. Targeting one area of your body won't help you achieve your desired results as much as incorporating your entire body will. Fitness influencer and trainer Stefanie Williams shared her favourite ab exercises in a video on Instagram, in which you'll see her work more than her midsection. Using a stability ball, Stef engages her whole body to help carve out that six-pack.
"I love to incorporate core work into all the workouts effectively, without spending too much of the session just on abs specific exercises," she wrote in her caption.
