- 3 tablespoons freeze-dried blueberries
- 2 teaspoons dried chamomile flowers
- 1 teaspoon dried lavender buds
- 1/2 cup vanilla hemp milk, gently heated and foamed
- Place blueberries, chamomile, and lavender in a small heatproof container and add 3/4 cup boiling water. Steep for five minutes.
- Strain into a mug, pressing ingredients with the back of a spoon to extract color and flavor.
- Add hot hemp milk, and sweeten to taste, if desired.
