Made my own tonight but using a crumpet as my local M&S have run out of pikelets 😟. Never heard of 'fluff' before but so glad I know about it now 😍 * M&S Ultimate Crumpet 3SP (toasted) * 1tsp of Tesco Lemon Curd 1SP (spread on toasted crumpet) * 1 tbsp of Fluff / Marshmallow spread 1SP (spread on top of lemon curd) All put under the grill for a few minutes. Keep an eye on it though as the fluff could suddenly start to colour if you're not careful. I just loved the crunch of the topping followed by the melt in your mouth of the fluff and then the lemon.......lush!!!! So easy so simple but so amazing. #healthydessert #lemonmeringue #dessert #weightwatchers #wwfooddiary #mywwjourney #weightwatchersuk #wwsisterhood #wwuk #wwfamily #smartpoints #foodstagram #cleaneating #healthyeating #healthyfood #healthy #food #foodie #diet #eatclean #lowfat #fatloss #weightloss #losingweight #weightlossjourney #weightlossdiary #weightlossmotivation #fitnessmotivation #slimmingworld #motivation @weightwatchersuk @marksandspencer A post shared by Fiona Dawson🌸Weight Watchers (@fiona_dawson) on May 18, 2017 at 1:38pm PDT Share This Link Copy ← Use Arrow Keys → 22 This Weight Watchers Member Got Her Recipe From Facebook It's a "healthy version of lemon meringue pie" — and it looks AWESOME.
