Boxing consists of quick bursts and light cardio in between, which is sort of the same style HIIT classes try to mimic. I can always count on boxing classes for an all-in-one cardio and strength training session that leaves me exhausted like nothing else. The fact that boxing gloves make you look totally badass doesn't hurt, either.
