Pushup A total body exercise for your upper body and core, pushups are one of the most effective ways to improve your bodyweight to body strength ratio. Modify by starting on your knees and building up to your toes. Start on your hands and knees with your body in a straight line from your shoulders to your hips. Keeping your stomach tight, bend your elbows and lower your body down towards the mat. Pause before touching the mat, and return back to starting position with control. Complete 10-15 repetitions.
