Aim for around 10000 steps daily, or track your current steps and try and continue to add more than you’re getting. - That’ll cover some stress reduction and may even improve sleep too. - More whole foods will give you more energy and hopefully keep you full enough to avoid overeating processed stuff if you’re already in the habit of eating too many of those daily. - It’d be hard to think of anything else you need in order to get into shape above these 6. - Strength training doesn’t have to be lifting weights, but ideally you are challenging muscle through bodyweight movements, with machines, or even through yoga practices that challenge your bodies strength at a certain level. - Anywhere from 2-5 times a week can work depending on your goals. - Although this may help with weight loss, it’s not it’s purpose. It’s purpose as it relates to toning up is about adding or keeping lean muscle as fat is lost.
