Stop Skipping Breakfast

The NHS doesn't want to hear your excuses about always running late or having to wash your hair before work. According to its advice, breakfast is a must.

Starting your day with a healthy meal will motivate you to continue making healthy choices, but if the thought of a sit-down breakfast fills you with dread, start with a small piece of fruit or a healthy granola bar that won't disrupt your routine.
