After Day 1, I instantly felt better. It felt good to put a "bright line" on all sugar, fruits, and flour — it made it easy to know those were off limits instead of negotiating with myself about just having one bite or one serving, and then feeling bad (physically and emotionally) when I had way more than that. After one week, I felt amazing. My sugar cravings had majorly diminished, and my bloated was non-existent.
