Lateral Bunny Hop

  • Place a dumbbell on the floor and stand beside it.
  • Make small jumps side-to-side jumping over the dumbbell.
  • Keep your legs as close together as possible, and swing your arms to help you jump.
  • A jump to the left then the right completes one rep.
  • Keep going for 40 seconds. Rest for 20.
