I am not the type of person who's quick to tear off her t-shirt at the beginning of a boxing class or at the start of a run; I typically keep my tops on. But when I find a sports bra that offers double duty — support and style — it can be harder to keep it hidden. Which is exactly what happened when I finally got my hands on this bestselling tie-dye Medium Support Powersoft Adjustable-Strap Sports Bra ($25, originally $30) from Old Navy. Given its high reviews I had a feeling I might be compelled to flaunt it, but it wasn't until I put it on and started boxing in my bedroom that I ditched my top.
When I first pulled it on it felt snug — it's an over-the-head sports bra — but it has thick adjustable straps that are easy to maneuver. I loosened the strap about 1/4 inch to get more room on my shoulders, and it fit perfectly. The sports bra touts itself as offering medium support, so I decided to put it to the test and take it through a boxing-style bootcamp class in my bedroom. From throwing punches to pushups, I felt completely supported. It's my new go-to for days when I'm working out in the bedroom, and the tie-dye print is just so darn cute. The print has sold out before so if you're looking for a new sports bra now is the time. P.S. it comes with matching tights and biker shorts.

The Medium Support Powersoft Adjustable-Strap Sports Bra ($25, originally $30) offered me just the right amount of support for medium-impact activities. I never worried my boobs might fall out. I probably wouldn't use this bra for running if you have larger than a B cup — I'm a small C and like a higher neck on my sports bra when I run because it provides maximum comfort.
