YouTube Workout Videos Set to Your Favourite Songs

Crank Up the Volume With YouTube Workouts Inspired by Top Hits

If you rely on energized, music-based fitness classes to motivate your workouts, you may be struggling to break a sweat while social distancing at home.

For me, adapting to this new normal meant getting my fitness groove back with YouTube choreographed song workouts.

No, these aren't dancing videos, so no need to stress over having two left feet.

Fitness influencers and personal trainers are creating ab, glute, leg, and full-body workouts to the beat of top pop hits — and they have become my saving grace.

Crank up the volume and sing along as the following no-equipment workout videos remind you how fun it can be to feel the burn.

Fitness YouTuber Maddie Lymburner's choreographed full-body workout to Dua Lipa's "Break My Heart" makes doing squats, plank variations, and lunges look fun.

Keep your water bottle and towel close — this cardio circuit inspired by The Weeknd's "Blinding Lights" is about to up your step count all thanks to certified yoga instructor Amanda Bisk.

Cassey Ho, an ACE-certified personal trainer and Blogilates creator, is all about bridge variations, plank jacks, leg raises, cross-butt kicks, and butt lifts in her Billy Eilish "Bad Guy" glute workout.

Singing along to Dan + Shay and Justin Bieber's "10,000 Hours" is the distraction you'll need to get through fitness YouTuber Pamela Reif's "very intense" three-minute ab workout.

Gina Harney, a NASM-certified personal trainer, breaks down her leg-and-cardio workout to Lizzo's "Good as Hell" before diving in. Once the music starts, it's easier to smoothly transition from burpees to push-ups to mountain climbers while vibing out to this fan-favourite hit.
