Sorcerer Mickey Hat Cake at Disney World

Walt Disney World Has a Sorcerer Mickey's Hat Cake, and It's Almost Too Pretty to Eat — Almost

Sorcerer Mickey first made his appearance in "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" sequence in Fantasia. And if you've been going to Walt Disney World for a while, you probably remember when Disney's Hollywood Studios had a giant Sorcerer Mickey's hat in front of the Chinese Theatre. Well, because Disney just loves to tug at our nostalgic heartstrings, guests at Walt Disney World can now find a mini recreation of the hat in cake form at Hollywood Studios to celebrate the park's 30th anniversary.

The lemon sponge cake, which is so pretty we may have actually shed a tear, is filled with vanilla Swiss buttercream and lemon curd and topped with a white chocolate glaze. And while it may look a little hard to eat at first glance, it's actually pretty small and perfect for a snack before going on Tower of Terror for the 12th time. You can find it at ABC Commissary and Fantasmic! snack carts throughout the Summer for $6.
