The Kraft x Van Leeuwen mac and cheese ice cream simply consists of eggs, milk, cream, cane sugar, and tons of that orange cheese powder. There are somehow no artificial dyes, preservatives, or flavours, and despite the abundance of cheese sauce mix, it doesn't smell cheesy in the slightest, which was a concern of mine.
