I love when my alcohol is hidden in things that make it taste better. Case in point: these boozy popsicles. They're fruity, light, refreshing — and definitely have vodka. They're an easy summer treat to help you beat the heat and get a little bit of a buzz too. What's great about making boozy popsicles is that the recipe ideas are truly endless. Combine whatever fruit makes you happy with whatever booze you like best. For this, I went with a summery combo of watermelon and guava, but you could go as simple as just lemonade with liquor. The choice is yours. Just take care in your measurements to make sure your popsicles still freeze. Mine came out a little on the softer side but still taste damn delicious!
